The Pleasant Hills Police Department would like to remind residents of the following:
- lock your vehicles
- do not keep valuables in plain sight:
- purses
- wallets
- laptops
- cell phones
- money
- etc.
We periodically have, as we just had, instances where unknown actors enter UNLOCKED vehicles and steal valuables and money. To prevent this and not become a victim residents are urged to make sure your vehicles are locked and valuables not left in them. If you must keep valuables in your vehicle keep them out of plain sight.
Please dial 911 to report any suspicious persons or activity
in your neighborhood.
